Muniya S. Khanna, PhD, is a clinical psychologist at the Children’s and Adult Center for OCD and Anxiety, director of The OCD and Anxiety Institute, and research investigator at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Prior to this, she served on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is an expert in the cognitive-behavioral treatment of childhood anxiety and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, having been involved in some of the most important research in the field in the last twenty years. Khanna is author of numerous scientific papers, chapters, and treatment manuals, and a recognized cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) trainer and speaker. She is a pioneer in digital mental health research for child anxiety. Deborah Roth Ledley, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Children’s and Adult Center for OCD and Anxiety. Ledley received her PhD in psychology from the University of Toronto in 1999, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Adult Anxiety Clinic of Temple at Temple University. She then spent several years on faculty at the University of Pennsylvania at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety. Since 2006, Ledley has been in private practice in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, where she primarily works with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety disorders. She has published over fifty scientific papers and book chapters, as well as four academic books, including Making Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Work and Becoming a Calm Mom.
